The website inquiry form
The quote request form lets you choose services, enter your details and review them before sending. When you choose Send quote request, your name, email, phone, service city, vehicle details, service and add-on choices, preferred timing, and any notes are sent through Resend to Falcon Auto Spa at Falconautospa.co@gmail.com so Falcon can review and respond to your inquiry. Do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information. A quote request does not reserve an appointment or confirm availability.
The form keeps unsent entries in the current page and does not use cookies or browser storage to save them. Your browser may separately offer its own autofill or restore features. Before sending, “Clear details & start over” clears the entries shown in the form. After acceptance, “Clear displayed details” clears the displayed entries but does not delete information already sent.
The website keeps delivery and abuse-prevention metadata, including a request identifier, timestamps, delivery status, provider message identifier, fingerprints of the request and delivery content, and a keyed fingerprint of the email address. The delivery system does not store the full form entries in its delivery ledger. The email contents are processed by Resend and Falcon’s email provider and may remain in those systems or Falcon’s mailbox under their practices. Contact Falcon with questions about information you have sent; this notice does not promise an automatic deletion date.
A message that a request was accepted means the email provider accepted it for delivery, not that it reached Falcon’s inbox or that an appointment was booked. If the outcome is unconfirmed, retry only the same request while the form offers that option, or call Falcon before starting another request. For an appointment, use the external Online Booking link or contact Falcon directly.
Calls, email and career inquiries
If you choose a direct phone or email link, the information you provide is sent through your phone or email service, separately from the website quote request form. Career links open an email draft; you decide whether to send it. Send only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not email payment-card details, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Website delivery and external fonts
Loading a website requires technical information, such as your IP address and browser request information, to reach the services delivering its pages. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives browser requests needed to deliver those fonts. Google explains this at https://fonts.googleblog.com/2022/11/your-privacy-and-google-fonts.html.
Falcon has not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to the current site code. The inquiry form does not use cookies or browser storage to save its entries. The site is published through OpenAI’s Sites hosting. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request data, cookies and logs to deliver and protect the website under their own policies. Technical processing by hosting and delivery services is separate from whether you choose to send a quote request. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for its practices. This notice does not promise that hosting or external services keep no logs or have no cookies.
External booking and other links
Online Booking opens an external DetailerMade page. Information you enter there is handled by the booking provider, separately from the website quote request form. Review the booking provider’s notices and terms before submitting information. Google review links also take you to an external service with its own practices.
Digital gift-card purchase and balance links open Falcon Auto Spa’s hosted Square pages. In Square checkout, you enter the sender and recipient details, delivery choice, optional personal message and payment information needed for your order. Square processes checkout, payment and delivery information. Falcon uses the transaction and customer information available through its Square tools to administer gift cards and respond to questions. Square may also process technical request information and cookies under its own practices. See Square’s consumer Privacy Notice before entering information there. This website does not collect payment-card information.
The gift-card design, amount, name and message previews on this website stay in the current page. They are not sent to Falcon or Square, saved in browser storage, or transferred into checkout. Complete and check your selections again on Square. Physical-card ordering and mailing, online loyalty enrollment and referral rewards are not active on this website.
