Falcon Auto Spa · Car care guide
Pet hair, spills or stubborn interior marks?
Different interior problems call for different expectations. Tell us what is bothering you most so we can assess the materials, condition and work before you book.
Start with the affected areas
Tell us whether the issue is on seats, carpets, mats, the cargo area or several surfaces. Clear photos help explain the request, though a photograph alone cannot guarantee a result.
- What happened, and how long has it been there?
- Which materials and areas are affected?
- Have any cleaning products already been used?
- Which areas matter most to you?
Understand the baseline clean
Falcon’s deep interior service includes vacuuming seats, carpets, mats, the trunk and crevices; steam and material-appropriate seat care; cleaning interior surfaces and vents; and glass, door jambs and targeted spots.
Pet hair, odor work and other add-ons are agreed separately rather than assumed to be included in every quote.
Set realistic expectations for stains
Some marks respond to cleaning; others may remain because of their age, the material or existing wear. We do not guarantee every stain can be removed.
Tell us your priorities so we can distinguish cleaning goals from damage or wear that detailing may not resolve.
Choose interior-only or inside and out
If the cabin is your main concern, start with an interior assessment. If the exterior also needs attention, ask whether a full detail with separately agreed interior add-ons is the better fit. Choose based on your vehicle’s needs rather than assuming one package includes every treatment.
Look at actual interior examples
The interior service page includes original before-and-after photos of pickup, SUV, Subaru and Lexus interiors. Use the labels to identify each view and remember that angles and lighting vary. These are examples of completed work, not a promise of an identical result for every vehicle.
Before your appointment
Remove personal belongings and valuables, and tell us about anything that cannot be moved. Confirm the work and any separately quoted items before proceeding.
