Get ready for your mobile detailing appointment
A little preparation helps us understand your vehicle and agree on the right work. Use this checklist before your mobile detail in Tulsa or Broken Arrow.
1. Tell us what needs attention
Share your vehicle’s year, make and model, its current condition and your priorities. Photos of the affected areas can help explain the request.
Say whether you need interior cleaning, an exterior detail or both. A full detail combines interior and exterior work; deeper interior needs and optional add-ons can be discussed separately.
2. Clear your personal items
Remove personal belongings and valuables from the cabin and cargo area before the appointment. If something cannot be moved, tell us beforehand so we can agree on access.
3. Confirm the mobile setup
Confirm the service address privately with Falcon, along with parking, access and suitable workspace. Ask what water or power access, if any, is needed for your particular service. We’ll confirm the location and setup before booking.
4. Agree on the work and timing
Confirm what is included, any separately quoted add-ons and the expected timing. Vehicle size, condition and chosen work affect the quote. Ask how weather or access could affect the arrangement.
Sending a quote request does not by itself confirm an appointment.
5. Ask about aftercare
Ask whether the work requires any drying time or material-specific care before using the vehicle as normal. For coating or film, follow the agreed product-specific care instructions.
